Vibrating screen

The screen is used for separating the products according to their particle size and feed in different directions. The screen is equipped with electric vibration motors for their jarring, sieving and conveying the material for feeding. The screen body is a welded structure of a steel sheet of the type S235JR. It is additionally reinforced at the vibrating motors area with a pipe and straps. The screen surface can be a punched metal sheet, plaited. There is an outfall for the coarse particles at the screen output and a funnel under the screen surface for separating the float fraction. The screen is suspended on four supports, each one with a rubber pad and a spring.
